Perennial herbs. Stem much branched, up to 70 cm. Leaves alternate, imparipinnate; leaflets 2-4-paired, up to 40 x30 mm, widely obovate to orbicular. Inflorescence dense, 3 cm. Calyx campanulate. Corolla yellow. Petals free at the base, up to 16 mm. Fruit an oblong, compressed legume, echinate, brown, 2-seeded. Roots medicinal, potential ornamental. Fl. May-July. Macchie and Pinus brutia woodland.

Endemic for Antalya.
