Biennial or perennial herbs. Stem erect, single or many-stemmed, up to 50 cm. Leaves alternate, basal leaves lyrate or oblong-ovate to cordate. Inflorescence raceme or panicle. Calyx 5-fid. Corolla violet-blue, cylindrical to narrowly infundibular, tube up to 25 mm. Capsule opening by 5 basal pores. Potential ornamental. Fl. April-July. Stony places, cliffs, banks, etc.



Endemic for Anatolia.
