L 44-45 cm.
It is common and well known. Magpies are large black and white birds with a long tail. It has blue gloss on upperparts, green gloss on tails.

Habitat:They are common birds of towns, parks, gardens, trees, scrubs, farmlands and semi-desert areas. It feeds on seeds, insects, eggs and young birds.
