Scaligera napiformis (Küçük şemsiye otu) (Umbelliferae) (Apiaceae) Biennial herbs. Stem erect, up to 70 cm, slender; tap root fusiform. Basal leaves 1 -4-ternate-pinnate, broadly triangular in outline; ultimate segments ovate-rhomboid. Upper stem leaves reduced to a vaginate base. Inflorescence a compound umbel. Sepals obsolute. Petals white. Fruit globose, smooth; mericarps ovoid. Fl. April-July. Thickets, rocky places and on wins, often nr. the sea, s.l. Türkiye, S.W. Balkans, Aegean, Latakia, Lebanon. |
