Lavatera punctata(Gül Hatmi) (Strauchpappel) Malvaceae Annual herbs. Stemerect, usually flushed with purple-red. Leaves alternate, 3-5-lobed, crenate-serrate. Epicalyx segments 3, connate at the base. Flowers borne singly in the axils of the leaves. Petals free, reddish-violet, up to 35 mm. Fruit schizocarp. Fl. May-September.
