Annual herbs. Stem diffuse or ascending, narrowly winged, glabrous. Leaves alternate; leaflets 1 - paired, narrowly linear. Peduncle 1-flowered. Sepals 7-9 mm. Petals free, white, suffused with rose, or clear pink with purplish wings, up to 16 mm. Fruit a narrowly oblong legumes, up to 45 x 10 mm, beaked. Fl. April-June. Rocky limestone slopes, Pinus brutia forest, macchie, in herbage, nr. the coast.
