Crepis foetida subsp. foetida(Tüylü kanak, Kokar ot) (Pippau) Compositae (Asteraceae) Annual or rarerly perennial herbs. Stem prostrate, ascending or erect, up to 60 cm or more. Basal leaves elliptic to obovate, pinnatifid to pinnate; cauline leaves auriculate; upper usually much reduced. Capitula few -to many- flowered. Involucre cylindrical; phyllaries 2-pluriseriate. Ligules yellow, up to 15 mm. Achenes pale or mid-brown, inner almost always beaked. Pappus white, scabrous, exserted from involucre. Fl. May-October. Macchie, rocks, sand dunes, fields and Pinus woodland, s.l. Türkiye, W, C. &.S. Europe, Cyrus, S. Russia, Caucasia, Iran, W. Syria. |
