Flowers free at base, small, yellow, sessile, arranged in many-flowered, larger dense heads. Capitula 15 mm diameter. Calyx and corolla 4-5 merous. Fruit a dehiscent legumen. Fl. May-June. Widely planted in parks and gardens, roadsides, sandy places, occasionally naturalised. Türkiye, Mainly Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Yugoslavia, Cyprus. |
